ONE. Daily maintenance
 
1, first around the mechanical two laps check appearance and mechanical chassis is strange, and rotary support whether there is oil outflow, then check the deceleration brake and track bolt fasteners, the tightening, the timely replacement, if it is a wheel excavator need to check whether the tire is different, and the stability of air pressure.
 
2, Check whether the excavator bucket teeth have a large wear, the wear of the bucket teeth will greatly increase the resistance in the construction process, will seriously affect the work efficiency, and increase the wear of equipment parts.
 
3, Check the bucket and cylinder for cracks or oil leakage.Check the battery electrolyte to avoid being below the low-level line.
 
4, air filter element is an important part to prevent a large amount of dust air from entering the excavator. It should be regularly checked and cleaned, and should be replaced in case of fault.
 
5, Check whether fuel, lubricants, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc., need to be added, and select the oil as required in the instructions, and remain clean.
 
6, Check the front window cleaning solution surface, check and adjust the air conditioning, and clean the floor in the cab.
 
7, When cleaning the cooling system inside, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly release the water inlet cover and release the internal pressure of the water tank before releasing the water.Do not clean while the engine works, the high-speed rotating fan will cause danger, should park the machine when cleaning or replacing the coolant on the horizontal ground.
 

TWO. Regular maintenance
 
The fuel element and additional fuel element shall be replaced after the 1, new engine works at 250H and check the clearance of the engine valve.
 
2, every 100H
 
Arm cylinder head pin shaft, arm pin, arm cylinder pole end, bucket shaft, bucket shaft, bucket shaft, bucket shaft, bucket cylinder head pin shaft, half rod connection pin, bucket shaft, bucket cylinder head pin shaft, bucket rod connection pin, check the oil level (add oil) in the rotary mechanism box, discharge water and precipitation from the fuel tank.
 
3, per 250H
 
Check the oil level (add gear oil) in the final transmission box, check the battery electrolyte, replace the oil in the bottom of the engine oil pan, replace the engine filter element, lubricate the rotary support (at 2 places), check the tension of the fan belt, and check the tension of the air conditioning compressor belt, and adjust it.
 
4, per 500H
 
Carry out each 100 and 250H maintenance items, replace the fuel filter, check the height of rotary pinion grease (plus grease), check and clean the radiator radiator, oil cooler radiator and cold suspect radiator, replace the hydraulic oil filter, replace the oil in the final transmission box (first at 500H only, 1000H later), clean the air element inside and outside of the air conditioner system, and replace the hydraulic oil vent filter.
 
5, per 1000H maintenance items
 
At the same time, conduct every 100,250,200,50 / 500H maintenance items, replace the oil in the rotary mechanism box, check the oil level (return oil) of the vibration damper housing, check all the fasteners of the turbocharger, check the swimming gap of the turbocharger rotor, check and replace the generator belt tension, replace the corrosion prevention filter element, replace the oil in the final transmission box.
 
6, for every 2000H maintenance items
 
Complete the maintenance items per 100,250,500,500 and 1000H first, clean the hydraulic fuel tank filter, clean, check the turbocharger, check the generator, start motor, check the engine valve clearance (and adjust), check the vibration damper.
 
7,Maintenance above 4000H
 
Increase inspection of water pump per 4000H and replace hydraulic oil every 5000H.
 
8, is stored for a long time
 
During the long-term storage of excavators, To prevent the hydraulic cylinder piston rod from causing rust, Work units shall be placed on the ground, The whole machine is washed and dried and stored in an indoor dry environment, If the conditions can only be stored outdoors when limited, The machine shall be parked on a well-drained cement ground, Fill with the fuel tank before storage, Lubrbe each part, Replace the hydraulic oil and the motor oil, The exposed metal surface of the hydraulic cylinder has a thin layer of butter on the piston rod, Remove the negative terminal of the battery, Or remove the storage battery and store it separately, Add an appropriate proportion of antifreeze to the cooling water according to the minimum ambient temperature, Start the engine once a month and operate the machine, To lubricate each moving component, Also charge the battery, Turn on air conditioning for 5-10min.

 
Three, how to remove the excavator fuel tank dirt
 
1, blowing method
 
That is, retain part of the diesel fuel in the gas tank, and then put the 19.6~29.4KPa compressed air into a plastic pipe at the bottom of the gas tank, make the diesel teng and clean, and constantly change the position and direction of the lower end of the gas pipe so that the whole gas tank is cleaned to.After washing, the diesel fuel in the fuel tank will be released immediately, and the excavator repairs the impurities suspended in the oil to flow out with the diesel fuel.If the diesel oil is dirty, clean again with the above method until the oil is free of impurities.
 
2, vapor method
 
Put the diesel oil, remove the tank, and then fill half of the diesel tank of water, the steam pipe from the refueling outlet into the water, so that the water in the diesel tank boil about 1H.In this way, the gal and residual diesel molecules attached to the inner wall of the box can be dissolved in water.Light-quality dirt is surfaced and washed away.For two consecutive times, the diesel tank can be rinsed clean.
 
3, solvent method
 
Clean the excavator diesel tank with hot water, then blow it dry with compressed air to remove the internal diesel steam, and finally soak the diesel tank into an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hydroxide.After rinsing the inside and outside of the diesel tank with clean water.If external rust is found, brush clean with a wire brush.
