Lubrication of roller
 
The lubrication of the roller uses a pressure-resistant lithium-based lubricant except at the hinge and at both ends of the steering cylinder.
 
Cleaning, storage, and transportation of the rollers

 
I. Roller cleaning
 
After each operation of the compressor, the dirt and dust must be washed off. At this time, special attention should be paid to the diesel engine, generator, starting motor, oil injection pump, oil injectors, hydraulic pumps, and the clean appearance of the hydraulic pipeline. These places must be cleaned with a dry and soft cloth.
 
If the compressor is parked for a long time, the compressor must release the water in the engine tank, (in the winter is cold weather, should be released after the operation every day).Carefully remove the dirt and dust from the machine, scrub the outer surface of each part and all lubrication holes with kerosene and inject grease, and apply butter or rust proof glue.
 
II. Storage of the road roller
 
The roller shall be stored in a dry warehouse, and it is forbidden to store irrelevant items and gasoline. In case of outdoor parking in rainy days, the parking ground shall be kept dry, and it must be covered with rain-proof cloth.
 
III. Transportation of road roller
 
When transporting the compressor at a short distance, the roller can be driven at high speed according to the road conditions.When transporting the long-distance road roller, the roller shall apply the flat plate trailer transportation, in lifting and transportation, apply the safety locking device on the fuselage to lock the frame to prevent the relative fuselage and frame rotation, while the roller shall be firmly fixed to the flat plate trailer.
