3, Check the barrel and cylinder for cracks or oil leaks. Check the battery electrolyte to avoid being below the low-level line.

The 4, air filter element is an important part to prevent a large amount of dust-containing air from entering the excavator. It should be regularly checked and cleaned, and replaced in case of failure.

5, Check to add oil, oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc., and select oil as required in the instructions and remain clean.

6, Check the front window cleaning fluid level, check and adjust the air conditioning, and clean the cab floor.

7, When cleaning the cooling system inside, after the engine is fully cooled, slowly release the water inlet cover and release the pressure inside the water tank before releasing the water. Do not clean while the engine works, the high speed rotating fan causes danger, and park the machine on the level ground when cleaning or replacing the coolant.

II. Regular maintenance

2, per 100H

4, per 500H maintenance items

Conduct each 100 and 250H maintenance items, replace the fuel element, check the height of the rotary pinion grease (add grease), check and clean the radiator, the radiator oil cooler radiator and cooler radiator, replace the hydraulic oil element, replace the oil in the final transmission box (only first at 500H, after 1000H once), clean the air element inside and outside the air conditioner system, and replace the hydraulic oil vent element.

5, maintenance items per 1,000 H

6, maintenance items per 2,000 H

7. Maintenance above 4000H

8, for long storage

How to remove the dirt from the fuel tank of the excavator

1, blowing method

That is, retain part of the diesel fuel in the tank, and then pass the 19.6~29.4KPa compressed air into a plastic pipe at the bottom of the tank, make the diesel roll and clean, and constantly change the position and direction of the bottom end of the gas pipe to clean the whole tank. Release the diesel oil of the fuel tank immediately after blowing, and the excavator to repair the impurities suspended in the oil out with the diesel oil. If the diesel oil is dirty, clean again with the upper method until the oil is free of impurities.

2, steam method

Put the diesel fuel, remove the fuel tank, then fill the diesel tank, guide the steam from the fuel outlet from the fuel outlet, make the water in the diesel tank boil about 1H. In this way, the glue attached to the inner wall of the tank and the residual diesel molecules can be dissolved in the water. Light-quality dirt was surfaced and washed away. For two consecutive times, the diesel tank can be flushed clean.

3, solvent method

Clean the excavator diesel tank with hot water, blow it dry with compressed air to remove its internal diesel vapor, and finally soak the diesel tank in an aqueous solution containing 10% sodium hydroxide. Wash se the inside and outside of the diesel tank with clean water. If external rust is found, brush it clean with a steel wire brush.
