1. blasted the throttle as it started

 

When the loader engine is just started, the body temperature is low, large oil viscosity and poor mobility, and the oil can not flow freely to each lubrication point in a short period of time.If the throttle is bombarded at this time, the engine speed will instantly increase. Although the oil supply and pressure of the oil pump will also increase, the requirements of the quantity of lubricating oil and oil pressure cannot be meet, and the movement side can not establish a good lubricating oil film, causing instant dry friction, resulting in severe wear and tear.Each movement auxiliary lubrication is poor, and the operation resistance will also increase. If the throttle is bombarded, the piston, connecting rod and crankshaft will produce violent impact and accelerate the damage of the parts.In addition, the diesel engine equipped with a turbocharger is easy to damage the oil seal due to bad lubrication, resulting in a turbocharger failure, and reduce the power of the diesel engine.Therefore, the loader shall operate at a steady low speed (about 500~700 r / min) against throttle.

 

2. starts directly without the heating machine

 

Due to the low temperature of the body, large oil viscosity, will make the oil pump insufficient, resulting in a short time of movement without a good lubrication, wear intensified.Large load, there will even pull cylinder, tile and other accidents.In winter, the hydraulic hose is brittle, direct operation is easy to burst, will make a large number of hydraulic oil leakage.Therefore, after the loader is started, idle and test operate until the oil temperature and oil pressure reach normal.

3.Direct replenishment of the cooling water during operation

 

Insufficient cooling water will cause diesel engine water overheating.Under the high temperature state of the diesel engine, the whole cooling system will produce a large temperature difference instantly, making the cylinder head, cylinder head, cylinder body and other instant brittle crack, produce micro cracks, gradually leakage of cooling water, resulting in oil leakage and air leakage.Therefore, when the diesel engine temperature is too high, it should run at no load at a slightly high speed. When the water temperature drops to about 50℃, then turn off, screw the radiator cover loose, discharge water steam, and slowly inject cooling water.

 

4. is idle for a long time

 

Especially in the winter field operation, the weather is cold, not easy to start, many drivers are used to the loader does not operate to let it idle operation for a long time.The idle operation oil pump for a long time will appear pump oil shortage, low oil pressure, lubrication oil quantity and oil pressure of the movement side demand can not meet the requirements, friction resistance increases, wear, especially piston, cylinder sleeve wear, easily cause gas; sometimes also lead to valve and piston ring stuck.In addition, long idle operation of diesel atomization, incomplete combustion, will cause the extension of combustion delay period, serious carbon accumulation, rough work.Therefore, the loader cannot run at an idle speed for a long time, which is generally about 10 min.

 

5. leads heating machine when starting is difficult

 

When the loader is not easy to start, some drivers use open fire at the interface of the air inlet or inlet branch and air pump, start the diesel engine to fuel the diesel engine.This method will not only make air filter loss, but also lead to improper ignition timing, diesel engine advance or lag burst combustion, rough work, cylinder sleeve, piston, rod and other force parts are severely impacted, uneven force, damage machine parts.Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to start the fire when starting is difficult.

 

6. shutdown with load or immediately after operation

 

The loader is stopped with load or immediately after operation, the cooling system stops working, and the cooling capacity drops sharply.The large amount of heat generated by the work cannot be distributed near the heat source in time, so that the cooling water of the cylinder head, cylinder sleeve and cylinder body boils, and the machine parts are overheated and corroded at high temperature.At the same time will also make the oil attached to its surface deteriorate, causing the next start difficulties.In addition, the diesel engine with a turbocharger, if suddenly stopped, will heat up the supercharger to about 600℃, easy to cause damage to the sealing ring.Therefore, the loader shall remove the load before stalling for 3~5 min, to reduce the machine temperature below 40℃ and the water temperature below 50℃.

 

7. slammed at the throttle before shutting down

Many drivers mistakenly expect a few throttle strokes before the shutdown, to leave the extra unburned diesel in the cylinder to facilitate the next start.In fact, this will cause incomplete combustion, black smoke, carbon accumulation; while blasting several feet throttle will suddenly increase the inertia of the movement, aggravate the wear; then unburned fuel will flow along the cylinder wall to dilute the oil, shorten the oil use cycle.Therefore, the correct operation is to stop after medium and low speed without load.

 

8. Slide into the shovel during shift

 

In the loader operation, many drivers are used to shifting gears to the inertia of high speed to the material pile, naturally slow down, then hang gear shovel materials.The use of driving inertia to the material pile will make the whole machine by severe impact, the parts are uneven force, great harm to the whole body.This will cause deformation, crack, bucket, moving arm, front frame; transmission, clutch due to sudden force, torque increases, friction sheet is easy to slip and twist deformation; the transmission parts are also easy to damage.The correct operation is that the loader puts the shift lever in low speed gear before the shovel, drive forward to the pile at gear speed, slowly insert into the pile at I gear speed, and gradually increase the throttle for shovel loading.
